Gated community. Tennis courts, outdoor pool, weight and exercise room.

WINTER SEASON, single month (30 days) = $5,500/mo.

Private, SINGLE CARPORT, for ONE STANDARD SIZE renter’s vehicle (car or standard pickup). The carport cannot accommodate “monster, dually or lifted” trucks. Additional OWNER or GUEST PARKING IS LIMITED TO 3 DAYS in the nearby Isles common area parking lot. The private garage is also available a renter’s or guest’s, standard size vehicle (car).

This shaded area is a very welcome feature from April through October when Arizona temperatures are the warmest.

Sara Park, south of town, features mountain biking/hiking, Havasu model airplane club, a BMX bike track, monthly stock car racing, and a private/public outdoor shooting club/range. Local skate park also nearby and located near the lake.

THE ISLES IS A GATED COMMUNITY OFFERING PRIVATE TENNIS COURTS, A PRIVATE, SANDY BEACH, WEIGHT/WORKOUT ROOM, AND AN OUTDOOR, UN-HEATED POOL.
Lake Havasu City local events, especially evenings downtown, on Mc Culloch Blvd. Cat tail Cove State Park with RV spaces & boat launch ramp is on Hwy 95 South. There is also a free water taxi from docks near the London Bridge, to the Reservation casino across the lake, from Lake Havasu City. We’re located just a mile from Windsor Beach and multiple boat ramps. Free Site Six launch ramp, ON the island, as well. Crazy Horse Campground nearby. Perfect for overflow guests or those traveling in RV’s. NO RV PARKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE AT THE ISLES. Also, onsite boat trailer/guest & owner vehicle parking in common areas: 3 days maximum allowed.

Lake Havasu City has numerous events as listed above and interesting places to visit.
